1. Worked with the Project Control Manager on what are required for the control of the project in term of scheduling, monitoring and reporting to client for the line under our control.  

2. Liaise with the Project Management Office as what are the overall project requirements and obligations to the client so that my team can be in alignment to the needs.

Ø  Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering maintenance.

Ø  Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required.

Ø  Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.

·        Preparation of a comprehensive cost and resource loaded contract baseline time schedule for the Aprons, Taxiways, Load Centers, Airside Storm water network (Pipe and box culverts), Blue Water Network, Airfield Ground Lighting network and the associated Vault Rooms, Glycol Network, 400Hz Network, Fuel Hydrant Network from the Fuel Farm, Fuel supply network from Aramco depot, GSE Tunnel/Ramps and security checkpoints, by reading the design drawings (70%).

· Preparing of Basic Contract Schedule & Integrate schedules from engineering,procurement, subcontractors to create Master Schedule· Interface with Engineering and Procurement to quantify assumptions and align Activities.· Break activities into smaller weighted steps and track the completion of the steps todetermine the activity percent complete· Assign resources to activities to admeasure & generate distribution curves toaccurately reflect how the work is performed

·         Manage EPPM system implementation to pilot projects and assume the role of Primavera Unifier System Administrator and Primavera P6 EPPM 15.2 Super Administrator. Set up new projects, business processes, project document folder structure, assign project teams and manage user access and privileges in the Enterprise Project Management Solution.

• Review and comment on work schedule prepared by the contractor and report findings to Project Engineer.
• Review and comment on other planning/progress related reports submitted by contractor including progress invoice.
• Monitor work schedule and status, ensuring progress reported is a true reflection of work achieved and report areas of concern to Project Engineer.
• Attend any relevant planning meetings with Project Engineer and Contractor.
• Scrutinize in detail the contractor work schedule in relation to logics, critical paths, floats and lags and make any

t was clear from the offset that a different strategy would need to be developed in Saudi Arabia to bring 21 Projects in align with Western Standards and getting the Project online. After screening all the Schedules I was able to identify 10 Disciplines that almost all the Schedules were missing and develop a scoring mechanism to score each Schedule.
