I have a total of 13 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of porjects. I have been involved in various projects in Buildings and Infrastructure, Communications, and Oil & Gas in Saudi Arabia. I am very familiar with the planning methodologies and standards needed in Engineering and Construction projects which are aligned with Project Management Institute. I am very proficient in the use of Primavera P6 software.

• Prepare project schedules by Critical Path Method (CPM) including activity duration estimates, man-hours loading, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), progress S-curve, monthly cash flow, and obtain approval of the Project Manager.

• Prepare project schedules by Critical Path Method (CPM) including activity duration estimates, man-hours loading, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), progress S-curve, monthly cash flow, and obtain project team review and approval.
• Prepare FEED & Detailed Engineering project schedule including major milestones, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), list of deliverables, manhours loading, progress S-curve, critical activities, subcontracting plan and material procurement in CPM using Primavera P6 R8.3. • Monitor the ongoing projects and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including Project Delay Analysis and Earned Value Analysis. Generate reports on Earned, Spent, Forecast, Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI). Highlight the major achievements and issues to the Project Manager.
