I was responsible for monitoring site progress and preparing periodic progress reports, coordinate daily project meetings and updating scheduled program of works, prepare Contractor’s monthly invoices against the actual as per schedule update.
Ø Prepare Procedures for Project Schedule, Monitor and Control purposes during all the phases of an EPC contract and also leading a team of Planners to support the commercial success of projects
Ø Understanding contractual obligations for project management & control
Ø Review & Approve Contractor’s submitted planning package in-accordance with company’s established procedures.
Having more than 20years experience in construction industry with initial experience on supervision and then drifted into quantity surveying as a major.
The last 6 years of experience were mainly spent on contractual claims and variations for final accounts where various project accounts has been concluded.
Studied civil engineering on full time basis at certificate level followed by a professional building and quantity surveying qualifications and more recently a post graduate construction law and arbitration.
