Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software to understand the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.

Guide the project planning team (4 employees) to develop and install the project controls procedure, project schedules (level 1-4), and reporting systems specific to project.

Prepare the

Construction Planning & Scheduling Engineer for the Project Director of the entire joint venture project. Provides construction planning support to the project management team which includes but not limited to:

§  Monitor and evaluate subcontractor’s level-4 schedule.

§  Conduct periodic feasibility study to determine the schedule’s discrepancies to Chiyoda’s standards.

• Study Project Scope of work, BOQ & Contractual Documents
• Preparing Master Schedule
• Review projects schedule(Planned Vs. Actual) prepared & updated by sites and provide observation for action plan, creating Manpower Histogram
• Preparing Recovery Schedule to avoid delay in projects.
• Preparing Time Claim reports to Submit to Main Contractor.
• Review and maintain all projects Reports & Records
• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports and Productivity Reports
• Set up all Planning and Monitoring system.

Experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in High Rise Buildings, civil infrastructure/building projects, surface/ground water outfall drainage projects, irrigation and canal projects. I have extensive experience in Marine projects. Procure contracts. Prepare pre/post contract documentations. Prepare pre tender documents and pre-tender evaluation qualification reports.

Works as Planning Engineer (PM-CM and supervising consultant) for the Hamad Medical City Project in Doha, Qatar. Responsible for overseeing and providing planning advice with regard to critical schedule milestones on one of Qatar’s most prestigious projects. Generating milestones in the pre-construction stage for inclusion in tender documents via detailed discussions with the Design Manager, Design Team, and other participants. Monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan and cash flows and the consolidation of these results in weekly reports.
