Nader has over 26 years’ experience in the construction industry and during that time he has worked on a wide range of projects and major structures in the UAE, Jordan and Iraq.

Progressed over time by working on various type of projects and held different positions until the current position as Projects Director for UK/International consultancy firm leading both project teams for Design and Execution. My tasks include tenders/contracts negotiation, tender evaluation and processing, overall managing the successful execution of assigned projects and Client’s liaison. 

·         Preparation of Project Schedule as per the Scope, Schdule maintain and update, and variance explanations.

·         Preparation of Detailed plans & Level-4 Schedule (As per Work breakdown Structure)

·         Preparation of Daily, 3 week Look ahead, Monthly Plan & progress Reports.

•  Preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Program for project at the tendering stage as per the scope of work in Primavera 6.
• Complete resource planning including labour & non labour (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms.
• Coordinate between client & consultants for various issues at site regarding work progress & for issues impacting activities on the critical path.
•  Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Constr

o   Preparation of S-curve, Manpower Histogram and 2-Week Look Ahead Schedule

o   Preparation of Daily Manpower Report, Weekly Progress Reports and Monthly Reports

o   Preparation and Maintenance of Cost Control Sheet

o   Updating the Schedule & Comparison with the Planned Schedule
