and controlled for adequacy.

 Define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected.

 

Collection and collation of activities from different phase of deliverable engineers

DETAILED TASKS ASSIGNED:

·         Review the prepared time schedule by the contractor for the construction activities.

·         Analyse time caused claims

·         Analyse the delays in progress and advise for the modification in the schedule to overcome delays

·         Check the cash flow against approved budget

- Assist the Planning Manager & Project Manager in the preparation of Master Baseline Schedule – New Doha International Airport Project Package.
- Attending in the Contractor’s Weekly Meeting with the Client (NDIA), Management (Bechtel), and other contractors’ representatives to discuss the whole project matter, issues and concerns.
- To prepare detailed schedule for the project scope of works and Change Orders considering main factors such as time-frame, milestone dates, manpower, and resources needed.
