Scope includes, dredging, basin, Quay Walls, Container Terminals and associated infrastrucure.  Project also includes a new Naval Port for Qatar Navy

In Charge of, the Project Control Division of several Projects covering the QR 340 Million Doha Twin Towers in West Bay, a QR 250 Million 200 Residential Villas in West Bay and the QR 485 Million New Texas College of Engineering in Qatar Foundation.

• To prepare technical input for a pre-qualification or tender. Preparation of method statements programmes and progress updates at contract stage, as may be required by the project’s management.
• Responsible for the preparation of all programmes and histograms necessary for the accurate preparation of a tender. Preparation of various and necessary schedules of items for inclusion in prelims costs.  

• Design report forms of all sorts as required for progress reports on all aspects of the project.

-Provide Baseline Schedule for all infrastructure activity.

-Provide Clear and concise WBS, Contract Milestone, Scope of Work and deliverables.

-Provide Progress graphical and narrative Report

-Update schedule and determine activity that our delay 

-Attend regular meeting 

-Provide MS Excel forecasting report

Scheduling & Monitoring Initial Infrastructure of Doha Airport including developing Labour Compound, Install and Commission Concrete Batching Plant.
