Responsible for all planning aspects, programming and progress control of the project, ensure that all project submissions, approvals, procurement, and Milestones are met. Monitoring and following up the project progress, and ensure that all potential delays and risks are addressed and dealt with in appropriate manner.

Liaise with the client and contractor to review and agree the project progress.

Manage micro programmes when required to ensure the delivery of the projects

Mr. Al Roumani is responsible for developing the Project Master programme, reporting to the Client, evaluating Contractor’s programme and progress, assessing time claims, preparing risk registers on weekly basis, proposing packaging strategy/schedule to the Client.

Senior Planning Engineer in the Education City – Convention Center Extension project in Doha - Qatar, Mr. Al Roumani is responsible for preparing reports for the Client, evaluating Contractor’s programme and progress, preparing risk register and reviewing and assessing Time claims.

Educational Qualification

Education                   : M.Sc. In Project Management (University of Gloucestershire, UK)-2009-2010
