Current Role

•Establish the project procurement and construction / execution strategies

•Establish and define both the project’s strategic development programme (level 01)

•Develop the project master programme (level 02), coordinating the consultant deliverables and the procurement and construction processes.

•Establish and define the project reporting procedures

•Undertake the full scope of planning management services for the pre-construction, tendering and construction phases

 

• Project Master Schedule development and updating it. It included network design, costs/resources, project activities codification, programming engineering deliverables and WBS structure definition.

• Reports development: weekly, monthly progress and cost control reports, variance analysis, close out project report, man hours expended, project productivity and forecast (including project cash flows). Early notice of likely schedule and cost impacts.

• Supervising engineers ( planners, cost controls and cost estimators).

• Budgets cost development/updating.

Current Role

Over 14 years of rich, qualitative and in depth experience in Construction Planning & Management, Site Construction, Resource Planning, Contracts Management, etc. Currently working with Techno Engineering & Associates Middle East WLL, Muscat, Oman as Senior Planning Engineer. Applying project management knowledge, technical and interpersonal skills and project management tools and techniques to meet the requirements of large to medium projects.
