- B.O.Q take-off, material scheduling & cost estimation
- Preparation of construction & permit documents in accordance with local authority approach
- Follow-up of the work progress at site

Project Engineer, worked on various residential and commercial projects. Duties:
- Supervising construction activities & site progress
- Attending progress meetings & technical reviews
- Preparation of variation orders & payment applications
- Technical queries, subcontractors’ schedules & material submittals

Current Role

Self employed General Contractor/BIM services provider/planning and claims assistance.
Work within the company’s management and not as a project manager employee.
