• Leading the Planning and Quantity Surveying teams.

Construction and maintenance of Electricity Network, $270 Million Budget)

• Personal Assistant to Construction and Advanced Metering Infrastructure Project Manager.

• Leading the project planning and controlling team.

• Follow up and control quality and execution of all construction works.

• Preparing, and updating strategic plans and programs for the project.

• Planning investment plan for electricity network enhancement and reserve plan.

• Planning the execution of customer service request for meters, and EDL request for installation.

• Followed up and updated the execution schedule, made revised schedule, and extension of time claims.

• Taking off Structural and Finishing Quantities, Make Payment certificates, Site Visits, and Shop Drawings & as built Drawings.

250 Buildings, over $500 million budget

• Personal assistant to Chief Financial Officer.

• Planning and Scheduling: Master planning, financial planning, resource planning and management, implementing design submittal coordination, baselines, updates, progress reports, planning revisions.

• Estimating Cost: Cost estimation and budget preparation, and implementation for estimation and cost control procedures and systems.
