In the Duration of October 2008 and July 2011, I used to be the Head of Plannig and Control Project Department in Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) of Iran.
My main responsibilities were:
1- Head of planning and contorl project department
2- Coordination of projects in the area
3- Budgetting and assigning budgets to projects and forecasting budget for next time periods.
Bandar Abbas Oil Refinery was JV between Snamprogetti (EP/Technical Leader) and Chiyodha. Schedule development/maintenance and progress reporting mainly using in-house softwares. Worked on main frame computers (End days of main frame).

Nearly thirteen years and eight months engineering experience of which the majority has been spent in the office site. Skills include:
• Participating in three sessions of Joint Management Committee (JMC) meetings & issuing a presentation for new proposed schedule (including S curves & other related information) to all members.
• Preparing finalized baseline schedule for the project in coordination with all technical departments. Then, send it formally to the client to receive approval.
