I work as Planning Engineer in Al Basti & Muktha LLC. since June 2016. My role is project monitoring and controlloing by Tracking weekly progress, by monitoring the Sub-contractor activities (program, material production, delivery and installation with weekly progress meetings with sub-contractors). Monitoring the sub-contractor activities and sending delay notifications, reminders, follow-ups etc. Preparing Extension of time for project with the delay impact analysis on program.

Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project
Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning
Develop detailed shutdown schedules, identifying critical path activities, overall shutdown durations and resource requirements
Analyze the detailed shutdown plans, identify potential conflicts, deviations and propose solutions to optimize the overall shutdown schedule
