• Setting Master baseline program for multiple projects and generating progress curves and making progress registers (automatic) in excel. Producing all kind of progress s-curves based on cost loaded programs and generating key performance indices (KPI’S).
I have gained 12+ years of experience from site engineer level to manager level and gained proficiency to monitor, manage and execute all types of construction projects.
• Mainly involved in planning end to end projects. Setting Master Baseline programs, submitting planning packages, and EOT Extension of Time Claims.
• Attending Client and Consultant meetings to review on progress and smooth execution of the project. Internal meetings to analyze the procurement status.
Role and duties relating to claims and delays
• Review and monitor early warning notifications for cost and delay.
• Compare approved baseline programme with look-a-head and other short term programmes to monitor progress and potential delays.
• Maintain log of delays and update monthly.
• Review submitted notices of Delay and respond to Contractor.
• Carry out merit assessment of submitted delay claims (interim and final particulars) and check for compliance with the Contract in conjunction with Contracts Manager.
