Based at the Hannibal  Processing Plant in Sfax, Tunisia on the construction and commissioning of the new Sour Gas Facilities. Responsibilities included maintenance of the construction plan and reports and the development and maintenance of the commissioning plan. Tasks included weekly and monthly reporting to site team and head office project management.

 UNISSON project: design of specialized ERP/CRM for medical Application

•  Prepare and maintain the Project Schedule for each sprint
•  Hold daily stand up meeting
• Write the technical specification and implement the design schemes
• Assign individuals to specific job tasks
• Making sure the achieved progress on the project fits the progress anticipated in the schedule
•  Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams
