•Preparing budget forecast for the project.
•Application of Extension of Time (EOT)
•Implementation of ISO 9001:2000 on Planning Works.
Job Description:
• Project planning, monitoring, control and scheduling.
• Preparation of manpower and equipment histogram.
• Preparation of look-ahead schedules and forecasting.
• Preparation of project KPI and S-curves.
• Preparation of Work Orders for site activities.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Compilation of progress photos.
• Multi-task works such as:
a. Document Control
b. Accounting / Payroll
c. Database programming and management.
Overall Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, Monitoring progress, training the concerned persons for various Project Management aspects, co-ordination with Client, Consultants, Sub-contractors & our management for controlling all six pumping stations from Khartoum.
