Since 2004 I am working in the planning field with national and international companies, the current company I am working with is Tatweer for Research. My main duties are:

·        Producing planning procedure for the projects.

·        Establishing an overall time schedule for different types of projects.

·        Measuring the progress of the projects and producing S-Curve.

·        Producing schedule monthly report.

Ø  Planning and scheduling, Developing and updating Project Control and Progress Measurement Methodology, Establishing and maintaining the projects plans and ensure that all plans are consistent for both parallel running projects. Review Vendor schedules and identifying the critical path.

Ø  Coordinating with Engineering subcontractors and vendors from across the Europe, Asia and other international locations.

·         Responsible for reviewing sub-contractors programs using Open Plan & Primavera P3

·         Produced the contract Monthly Progress Reports (using Excel)

·         Held meetings withmain contractor's project planners: Dung Ah Consortium and SIEMENS

• Developed, updated & maintained contract & construction programmes
• Work Breakdown Structure & Earned Value analysis
• Chaired project planning & progress meetings, analysing progress trend and advising
• Team leader (three planners and one cost engineer)
• Coordinated with the project design, procurement and construction sections
• Prepared weekly and monthly progress status reports
• Acted as mentor to developing project managers, engineers, technical, and support staff

I was employed with STRABAG as a Time Scheduler, for the Tajura Infrastructure Project. STRABAG (www.strabag.com) is working in joint venture with LIDCO (Libyan Investment & Development Company) for Tajura Infrastructure Project, which has been awarded to them.
