The Egyptian Styrenics Production company started to execute phase I (i.e. to build polystyrene plant based on imported styrene monomer feed).

The Plant is located on the Mediterranean Sea Coast, NW of Alexandria at Dekhila port

Major Responsibilities:

·       Sap2000.v12, Safe (Finite Element programs) modeling.

·       Full structural design according to required specifications and universal cods.

Position           : Sr. Cost Estimation Engineer.

Responsibilities:

1.      Prepare a PHD Norms for estimation rates.

1. July 2010 – Present Dar Al Mimar Group (DMG) Real Estate Developer Current Position : PCS Manager – Group PMO Responsibilities: 1. Planning, Budgeting & Control: 1.1. Take responsibility of Monitoring & Controlling most of Mountain View projects with total Cost approx. LE 1Billion allocated on Buildings, Infrastructure Networks and Landscape …etc. 1.2. Prepare Monthly Reports using EVM technique for measuring, providing accurate forecasts of project performance. 1.3.

• Preparing Bill of Quantities and contacting onshore and offshore suppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparing the pre-qualification documents (financial statements, QC/Safety/Environmental Plans, and Technical Proposal) for the new projects issued for pre- qualification by the OBO Overseas Building Operations)
• Coordinating the pricing proposals with all discipline estimators through out the bidding stage for the direct cost of the projects.
• Preparing the indirect cost proposals for the projects under the bidding stage.

• Carrying out a demobilization plan of all Labor, Equipment, & Indirect (Site as well as Office engineers).
• Carrying out all calculation needed to estimate project budget.
• Carrying out all assumptions needed to evaluate sufficient indirect cost.
• Finalizing project monthly cost report to estimate project value and profit at end of project.

Analyzing activity sequences, durations, resources, requirements, and schedule constraints to create the project schedule.
