I worked as the LSTK EPC contractor for construction of LNG Train in Damietta, Egypt. Project was a JV of KBR, JGC, Tecnicas Reunidas, and M.W. Kellogg. This project was extremely schedule driven, and the challenge was to reduce project costs without impacting the overall progress. I did this through rigorous change management, detailed cost control down to WBS+5 level, and a very indepth manpower plan to ensure the right mix of talent stayed on the project.

I graduated from the faculity of Engineering, Alexandria Univerisity in 2009 and get my deploma in construction Management in 2014 and now I am preparing my thesis for Master of science in construction management.
I work for the Arab Contractors Co.- Alex. Branch from August 2009 till now.
Now I am working in the Arbitration and claims department since August, 2015.
