Ø  Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.

Ø  Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software.

Ø  Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management and change control.

Role : Senior Planning Manager / SYSTRA

Duties : Covering planning works of Cairo Metro Line3 Phase4 project and Tunnels under Suez Canal project at Port Said.

Build up schedules for Construction Planning Engineer – Monitoring, Reviewing and updating Projects Schedules

Field related scope:
- Reviewing contractors weekly report and discuss critical items in weekly meetings
- Lead weekly meetings regarding schedule issues.
- Coordination between contractors in different activities.
- Put hand on the interfaces between different work activities and lead the schedule to run
smoothly on site.
- Support Site Manager in any Project Controls deliverable related to time and cost analysis
and reporting.
- Project progress monitoring and work on target plans as well as planned ones.
- Responsible to conduct project presentations to Owner.
