As a Principal Project Planner working on the ~£2B. Great Western Route Modernisation Programme I am leading the PMO planning team, providing guidance and direction to other PPP’s and Project Planners and ensuring quality and consistency of all planning. I am responsible for corporate and local GWRM schedule reporting requirements and for managing and updating IMS planning database. I also validate the alignment of GWRM schedules with cost data.

Working as a Project Planner within the Buildings Civils and Enhancements team I was responsible for the project planning, control and reporting of projects associated with the maintenance, renewal and enhancement of Network Rail owned structures, estates and earthworks.
The largest projects I was responsible for were London Paddington Station Spans 1 to 3 Refurbishment~ £25M and Freight Train Lengthening Programme ~£10M.
Additionally I was involved in planning early CP5 Business Plan Submission for the central team and responsible for the strategic programme planning of IP Western CP5 W
Lead Cost & Planning Controller Thames Water The Victorian Main Replacement Programme (VMR) was Thames Water largest capital project for the regulated period and the largest civil engineering programme in Europe. As a Lead Cost & Planning Controller I was responsible for the programme planning, cost control and reporting for over 90 projects, with a total value of £200M a year.
