Challenge and review the earned value on projects to determine appropriate assuarance of the figures are in place. Currently supporting the P6 Primavera cloud implementation.
First role in Project Controls undertaking the Gas Reporting and Systems Manager role. This encompasses management of a team to compile systems updates and reports for dissemination to the business and for monthly management reviews.
The role has required review of Cost Management approaches and reviews of how to provide the analysis across market providers.
