Responsible for building individual project plans using Primavera P6, utilising National Grids work breakdown structure. Progressing the programmes each month to ensure they are all monitred for Project Controls reporting. Review contractors tender programmes to ensure they are compliant with the contract data and works information. Implementing approved change requests into the programmes both at development and delivery stages of the programme. Make certain these is alignment between P6 WBS and SAP CBS to allow for accurate earned value reporting.
