Gaining international experience in Construction Claims for both Quantum and EoT
Engaged as an expert witness in Adjudication and later Arbitration by contractors and lawyers - Court Tested and Hot Tubbed.
I have worked in the construction industry for the last 47 years in both time and cost control roles.
The last 18 years have been concentrated on delay analysis and planning construction works.
My main advantage is that I not a planner - I am a builder who can work the software.
I have a working knowledge of most forms of construction excluding - for the time being - Nuclear and Petrochem.
I am a level 4 / level 3 Planner at a Nuclear Power Plant. The software we use is Primavera (P6).
The site has ceased generation & as a Planner, I help in the project department to create resourced plans to allow the decommissioning and deplanting of the site.
I have been here since Novemeber 2006. I am currently working on an Electrical Overlay project which involves working with the electrcial engineers to reconfigure the site ready to take down redundant buildings around the plant.
