Commenced as a site engineer (civils) working in North Devon as a setting out enginnering on the A361 for Monk Construction

Then moved to Barrow in Furness building the largest (at the time) caisson in Europe, which was to form the new dock entrance for Trident submarines.

Then worked on a variety of schemes from roads, drainage and rail bridges icluding the largest single span bridge on the East Coast Main line

Planner on our FTN GSMR scheme

installing approx. 600 communication masts 

and approx. 3000km of fibre optic cable 

throughout Britain

Responsible for managing team of civils and fibre planners to deliver high speed broadband across South Yorkshire as part of the Digital Region Network. Project involved planning and construction of 690km new network build over a 3 year period in the boroughs of Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley.

The production of fully logic linked contract programmes from Tender thorough to Fully Detailed Critical Path Construction Programmes and Commissioning/Handover Programmes following the full life cycle of a project.

Preparation of weekly reports

Earned Value Analysis ( EVA / SPI and CPI) of all contracts.

She has experience in Planning, Tender/Contracts, Resource management, Budget/Cost control & Construction & Commissioning.

Rinet is responsible for the delivery of project programming and resource management services, as well as providing project management support. Rinet has expertise in project planning and control software packages (i.e., Primavera P6, MSP and CS Project).
