• Establish and manage effectively planning and progress control system in order to support the Project Managers decision-making process and facilitate to complete the project according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements.

• Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored.

Planning Manager on the CIOB Gold Class Winner Award 2013 for the 40-100 Million category. I lead the planning of the Robertson Group’s largest single project awarded to date. This project, value circa £100 million was the first project awarded under the NHS Framework route of procurement. Managed under the NEC3 form of Contract. My role was extensive, being one of the first appointed, to develop the intensive logistical solutions; planning and preliminary costings for Stage 3, through to construction under Stage 4.
