The Sub-Surface Railway Upgrade Programme (SUP) is the largest, most complex modernisation of a live, operational railway ever undertaken by London Underground.
SUP will benefit almost 40% of the London Underground network, covering the Metropolitan, District, Hammersmith & City and Circle Lines.

North Middlesex University Hospital (£150 Million)
The project included the construction of a state-of-the-art diagnostic centre, five inpatient wards, a 48-bed early emergency assessment unit, eight new operating theatres, a spacious outpatients ward and an Accident & Emergency department that has become the biggest in North London as well as a diagnostics unit featuring equipment such as Tessler MRI scanners, new CT scanners, ultrasound units and a new mammography unit.

The programmed consist of 3 main projects North West Electrification within Liverpool and Manchester. Midland Mainland and the Great Western and Wales Electrification.

I am responsible for all the Project and Tender programme within the Gatwick Airport Team, of whom we only have one client, Gatwick Airport Limited. I produce and report and progress various projects on regular basis. In addition, I attend client / sub contractors meetings to ensure that all changes are captured. Because all works within the team are surrounding a live / operating airport, robust planning is required to ensure the integrity of airport operations, security, safety and passenger experience is maintained.
