Ingrain a reporting drumbeat throughout the project. Ensure governance and control to data flow. Setup a data warehouse or single source of truth and point of contact. Support delivery & functional teams to improve data maturity.
Lead/ Forensic Planner, LB Foster, Crossrail New train line running east-west under central London (Elizabeth Line). CMR provided an initial auditon the project controls setup for a Tier 2 subcontractor and then rolled out suggested action plan.Lead Planner managing four planning engineers covering six contracts. Deliverables included:Primavera P6 rollout, contract reviews (NEC 3), forensic delay analysis, tender preparation, costestimate, and resource and contract management.
