Tender - tender programme including design, logistics for site set up, plant requirements, staffing levels (prelims), feasibility study for land buy and construction, method statement and quality issues,
Construction - Contract and target programmes, update and consultant clients on progress, update and agree EOT or other issues affecting the programme, procurament programmes, if required cost progress programme,
Contract completion - Assist with cliams, report final progress,
