MSP services to BAA for managing 5-year programme of capital works at Heathrow Airport, UK.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead Planner on behalf of BAA for a number of projects within their "Portfolio of Projects" sub-programme.
Project Controls Lead - Crossrail Station - Farringon & Barbican (Lead Architectural and Structural Design)
Working as Lead Project Controller for Atkins on the Crossrail extension to Farringon/Barbican Stations.
Responsible for Cost Control, maintaining and reporting on budget as well as cost to date. Forecasting and Change Management need constant management and need to align the scope, budget and programme with each change we receive to design.
Keen and progressing Project Controls Support specialising in the Engineering and Construction sectors.
I enjoy the challenge of projects and work in areas of cost control, planning, document control, tender submission, Programme adminsitration, and assisting in all the extra bits that come up in this varied and exciting industry!
I am passionate about learning and collaborative learning.
