·     Leading the project to successful consent on time and on budget as part of the management team

·     Delivery of Cooperation & Interface agreements between the project’s companies and stakeholders. Liaison with engineers, consultants, lawyers and commercial managers

·     Regular project updates and reporting to the Board of Directors

As the regional Production Manager my responsibilities where for the whole projects life span from award of contract to post Practical completion, which included Health and safety, cost, keeping to programme and duration, staff hiring and development.

I reported to main board construction director and the MD for the London Region and attanded once a week board meetings to report position and handovers for the next week and adjust where necessary

As the sole planner my resposibilities were from conception, due diligence, planning, design, procurement, construction and post construction, reporting on a weekly bases as to the condidtion of the projects, in time and cost with resoect to the programme and implications on delay and in front
