Head of Planning within the Business Improvement and Support Group – regional role requiring technical programme reviews, business support, and analysis of potential project programme risks and the establishment of procedures for programme management.

Bid manager for 4 medium sized projects & Senior Planning Manager for two live projects from central London satellite office.

Providing project and programme management services, expert witness services, due diligence reviews and programme management services for built environment schemes based out of London:

Dispute resolution - Led and completed submissions to expert witness standard for two major disputes. Commission required working closely with client and solicitors in resolving disputes. Schemes were resolved without the need for further proceedings.

Dispute avoidance: led commissions to successfully avoid disputes on large residential and commercial schemes for a contractor in central London.

Programme Manager for Arup's Role as Environmental Oversight Consultant on HS2 - £34bn Rail project. This project consisted of over 15 contracts put together to deliver the Public Consultation and subsequent Hybrid Bill. Arup's role as the EOC was to manage the technical aspects required to deliver the Draft and Final Environmental Statements for this stage of the project.

 Managing the Project controls team for an Exxon Mobil project out of London offices. The scheme had a value of c.$1Bn and was a mixed use scheme developed from master-planning stage to construction. The project is being delivered in West Africa but was developed in the UK via a multidisciplinary design/PM team.
