• Work with the Depot Maintenance Manager, Engineers and Contractor's to identify local key maintenance tasks for the development of the annual work programme and annual possession plan.
• Collate agreed annual volumes of work from area and depot, to produce a local annual work plan, which includes strategic possessions and key resources, in order to optimise both work and resources for agreement with the Area Delivery Planning team.
• From the annual maintenance programme (signed-off by DMM) l developed the quarterly plan for my depot and identified long lead-times, resource

• Project led a team of 15 analysts to identify, diagnose and recommend solutions to information processing problems occurring during the Meter Output polling stages for BARB - the Broadcasters Audience Research Board

• Managed a team of 20 Field Technicians and the installation of audience monitoring equipment at sites throughout the UK, Scotland and Ireland.

Logikal Projects is a project controls consultancy. The Logikal graduate scheme provided me with knowledge of the fundamental principles of planning, risk management and earned value analysis. Most of my time at Logikal was spent at National Grid. As a consultant, I produced budgeted pre-tender baseline schedules for portfolio management. Secondly I produced schedules for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects requiring Development Consent Orders from the Secretary of State to facilitate project management practices.

Kwok was brought in to assess the channel sales strategy for Sterlite Technologies, an Indian fibre optic cable manufacturer. He developed new client sales strategies, tendering processes and marketing material to position Sterlite Technologies across all major Telecommunication operators in Europe.

Large Telco Company – £3bn Fibre roll out. Kwok was part of the team that identified issues with a £3bn capex fibre roll out programme and helped to stand up a Command Centre, build a schedule for FY18 and implemented Primavera P6 for FY17. Kwok was also the Regional Lead for London, facilitating the client to deliver to targets and drive consistency in project management approaches.

Kwok was part of team that developed a high-level operating model, and organisation design for a large utility capital delivery organisation responsible for £500m of projects annually. He specifically led the governance elements of the operating model design, and supported key aspects of process and organisation design. He co-facilitated design and review workshops working as part of a joint Deloitte and client team.
