Raytheon Engineers & Constructors Planning Engineer
Working at the Pfizer Pharmaceutical Works in Sandwich, Kent on the Module 2 project. Responsible to RE&C’s site manager for co-ordinating the planning and progress monitoring off the main sub-contractors.
Responsible for developing an overall integrated schedule for all aspects of design, procurement, engineering, construction and up to validation and commissioning. A computerised logic network utilising Primavera P3 was developed. Reporting against activities and updating logic weekly.

• Part of a team that produce master (baseline) programme and sub-programmes, key dates and strategic milestones, load budgets, resources and procurement schedules, liaised with the contracts manager to co-ordinate works on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, schedule and collate all closures, possessions and accesses to optimize usage by all work streams, collage monthly key date reports, generate planning approvals, monitor and report achieved progress versus planned progress, revise programme in light of any anticipated constrain or changes, update and monitor client
