Hertfordshire (EU.UK.HRT)

Key responsibilities were developing; planning and programming of all cyclical highways maintenance works to ensure client requirements and contract targets are achieved. In June 2006 assigned to head all activity involving programming and asset management within the Hertfordshire contract including the management of the surveying and planning team. 

The key responsibilities were assisting the company in developing a German version of an existing Speech Recognition Call Routing Solution called Contact Portal®.. As direct result of my work, Telephonetics were awarded the contract with SAP AG, Germany

Responsible for the preparation and presentation to the Board of Directors and potential Clients both building and civil tenders primarily in the international market. I have prepared tenders for projects located primarily in Russia, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and to a lesser extent in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Beirut. Trips to some locations overseas were required to more unfamiliar territories to Taylor Woodrow to assess local market conditions and planning logistics. Tenders for Hong Kong projects were prepared in Hong Kong.
