Responsible for the development, implementation and handover of a P3e based project controls system for the £50 million per annum North West Gas Alliance.  This project was for the renewal of 400kms per annum of low and medium pressure gas mains together with service connections.  As well as managing the 6 planning consultants which developed the new controls system, I was also responsible for training the clients planning operatives to use new system.

Prepared a delay report for the civil engineering contractor on a £60 million rail re-signalling project in South Wales.

I am a member of the management team, having specific responsibility for the delivery of project planning resourcing, training and development services.
