The Victorian Main Replacement Programme (VMR) was Thames Water largest capital project for the regulated period and the largest civil engineering programme in Europe.

As a Lead Cost & Planning Controller I was responsible for the programme planning, cost control and reporting for over 90 projects, with a total value of £200M a year.

Main duties included supporting the Senior Team in delivering the programme safely on time, within budget and to specification though the management of the production and maintenance of programme schedules resource and cost plans.
