Provide and manage project plans based on company work breakdown structure and project scope, within a project control function.

Manage schedules on projects to optimise resource and finance allocation.

Analyse performance and trends to assist with project forecast development.

Conduct CPA (Critical Path Analysis) and integrate risk mitigation actions.

Assign resources to tasks.
