Design House Planner for Jacobs NUD - Lead planner for a number of design house projects to include earned value management and risk management (using Permaster). Additionally responsible writing standardised planning processes and procedures across jacobs N&D division

Guidance in the use of planning techniques and software to Project Managers.

Support and coaching in project management, financial and planning techniques.

Monitoring of new projects and maintenance of the departmental resource plan.

In-depth knowledge of -

•     project management and overall project planning of development process,

•     resources planning,

•     liaison with clients, municipal authorities, consultants and building specialists,

•     preparation of construction and package tender documents, tendering, evaluation and award,

•     design coordination and integration of façade systems in 4D model environment,
