Cost biased role for the Dirty Water projects for the largest Water Utility company

Most projects were based around Feasibility Studies and were contracted out for construction.

Responsible for circa 30+ small packages and worked with 3 project managers to record and track progress.

Developed a white paper to suggest how to utilise the aged Project Controls systems to get a stronger handle on Project Controls.

Planner in a large team for a Tier 1 contractor Designing and Building a new Testing Facility on a Large Dedence Site in Berkshire

Responsible for creation of a manhours loaded programme that involved the co-ordination activities accross 4 Regional Offices.

Liaison with the client Planner to ensure that Design tasks were completed or explained to the client ahead of the Master Programme being presented to the Clients board.

Dual Project Engineer / Planning role

Responsible for the creation of a holistic view of the business portfolio of projects, supporting tendering exercises as part of a framework contract for M&E/Fit Out/Strip Out works based at a large defence contractor in Berkshire

Managed a £1m project to replace an aged asset that was crucial to the R&D part of the business.

Exxon Mobile’s Singapore Parallel Train Project, responsible for a team of 3 planners looking after Interconnecting piperacks, secondary process units and Early Tankage scopes of work.

Design and Procurement taking place in FW office in reading, UK and Construction on Jurong Island, Singapore.

Co-ordinating three separate Level 3 schedules using Primavera P3 v 3.1, and Level 1 & 2 schedules utilising milestone Software. Level 3 schedule developed from FEED stage engineering documents with buy in from discipline leads and client through consultation and review.
