Working with project Controll in both nuclear and power dist projects.

1) Responsible for planning, progress reporting and risk management in intermediate and major projects at GVAC

2) Development of future planning and follow up strategies 

3) Education of internal staff in Planning methodlogy and principles

Devlop planning strategy including creating standardized Time Schedules suitable for all of Alstom operations.

I had to develop an integrated overall time schedule for the project. It has to integrate the partial projects and show the overall interactions, in-/outputs and the critical path. Therefore I created an schedule in MS-Project which shows summaries out of the detailed schedule from the partial projects.

After approve it and publish it to the costumer a routine had to be established to update the time schedule. Therefore I arranged fortnightly meetings with the partial project schedulers and we are able to discuss in the meeting upcoming issues and arrange actions.

Implementation of processes and IT support for a common planning environment. Primavera P6´. Start with version 4 and upgraded to version 6.
