F4E is the European Union´s Domestic Agency in the ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) project.
Objectives and scope of the services
To provide planning & scheduling support services to support the existing F4E P & S Team (Planning & Scheduling Team) in the performance of their activities. The required support services are intended to both enhance the level of planning resource available and to complement the work being carried out by the F4E P & S Team.
Planning engineer for the CBI (Computer Based Interlocking) subproject within the London Underground's Resignalling Project, awarded to Bombardier Transportation (Silver Atena's client). Total Project Budget: 350 millions of pounds. Functional duties to the Project Core Team -To support the Project Manager in discussions related to delays and/or improvements of the schedule. -To support the Project Manager or Supply Manager representatives communicating detailed schedule objectives or issues to suppliers.
To oversee, monitor and analyze the costs of works contracted by the company, most of them contracts to make and preserve hydraulic works for the public sector; other business lines: roads and railways infrastructures construction, roads preservation works, environmental works and private works. To train, oversee, and support construction superintendents in the field of cost controls engineering.
