Project Controls Coordinator for ENEL - 2×440MW Nuclear Units Project (Mochovce - Slovakia) - approx. 2,9 billion EUR.
Responsible from client side for interface coordination control and supervision of the subcontractors’ progress, KPI indicators, coordination using the master integrated schedule, invoiced progress approval, and change management process supervision, developer of the integrated risk register and quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, preparing the integrated reports for the client.
Experience more than 20 years with Civil sector, Oil & Gas sector, Nuclear Sector.
I am flexible for the different types EPCM on shore projects of the chemical industry as Oil & Gas Industry, Refinery Process Unit, Petrochemical Facilities, Organic & Inorganic chemistry and Nuclear Power Plant.
-primary Planning interface with Project contractors.
-keep updating the Project Master Schedule.
-analyze and propose improvements to schedules, including use of CPM.
-responsible for capturing and reporting all Planning issues requiring resolution.
-notify project management earliest of potential conflicts in planning data.
-prepare, update and issue reports on regular basis for both, MT and Owner.
-maintain inputs and outputs and issue weekly MS Project update for the project in conjunction with contractors plan

My main duty was to verify each contractor schedule and to join all this schedules in an integrated one. The scope of the integrated schedule is to see the interfaces between all contractors and to help management to take the right decision in coordination of the work inside each work area. Another duty for me is to analyze the critical paths and together with technical specialists to propose new solutions to improve the logic.
