Main duties: providing service activity of investment process as cost manager on pre and post contract activities. Setting and controlling budgets and achieving commercial and financial targets, organization of tender processes, analysis and selection of offers, negotiations with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.

Main duties:managing investment documentation,production of detailed target / baseline construction programme, monitoring and updating progress, regular report to construction director, critical path analysis using Primavera P6 software. Planning advise and support to project team were required re-scheduling.

A1 Motorway - Poland

Main Duties:Production of detailed construction programme for new build 60km motorway project, monitoring and updating progress, cost & resource monitoring (concrete, aggregate, bituminous) scheduling and re-scheduling, regular reports, Cost Performance Index, S-Curve, Critical Path Analysis, cash flows. Assisting Project Managers during planning and construction stage of project. Development of schedule layouts to show information requested using Primavera P6 software.
