Sep 95 - June 96 Working on the Lindsey Oil Refinery (LOR) 1996 Revamp reporting to the Engineering Manager for Front End Engineering & Design and Procurement, and the Construction Manager for Shut Down Activities.
Development of engineering progress monitoring network utilising Open Plan (5.1) for civil, structural, mechanical, vessel, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
Developed Shut down Construction logic network covering the removal and replacement of the Reactor and Regenerator heads and internals with replacements of new parts.

Providing project controls expertise to the Upstream Project Team on the Yme re-development project (~Nok 10 Billion).

The project involves a turnkey contract for the fabrication of a Mobile Offshore Production Unit with a subsea storage tank, and subsea tiebacks.

Role initially involved the project management elements for the bid process for a Drilling Work over Unit project for the MOPUStor, and subsequent management of the project services team for this function of the project.

Project Control Manager for major offshore maintanance projects in the North Sea, as well as fabrication/installation contracts in Singapore.

Developing the deliverable progress report using ProArc database
Develop, update & monitor the engineering schedule. Trend and analysis reports
Monitoring the Material Plan and prepare the analysis report
