I am an employee of the local government - provincie Flevoland - in the Netherlands. I am the planner of our civil projects. We build and reconstruct roads. At first we make a portfolio of projects. At the end of each year a number of projects has should be ready. I translate the projects in our portfolio in activities. I use Asta Powerproject v11. The projectengineers use my plannings to run their projects. the projectresources use my plannings to do their activities and the managers use my reports.
Since 1987 gained extensive experience in all aspects of planning on various refining and petrochemical projects throughout Europe and the last assignment was in Singapore. Have been assigned in the capacity of Lead Planning Engineer on most EPC projects during the engineering / procurement phase as well as on the construction site. Present position is Project Control Manager
