Responsible for Projects Planning and Control department at Danieli S.p.A.. Main responsibility is to establish/implement guidelines, standards and best practices for project scheduling, controlling, progress evaluation and interfacing with clients, site offices and subcontractors. Other responsibilities include interfacing with IT department in order to analyze, optimize and/or implement software solutions for project management.
Involved in the realization of a combined cycle power plant (foreseen duration 22 months). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), weekly/monthly progress reports. Client: RATIE/MERLONI
Involved in the revamping/upgrading of a refinery plant (foreseen duration 13 months). In charge for planning, analysis and tracking of the project schedule (engineering, procurement and construction), detailed schedule for T/A activities on daily base, daily/weekly/monthly reporting to Head Office and Project Manager.
