- Creating a project-schedule in Primavera 6.0
- Problem solving between each department and the sub companies
- Linking the activities in a correct order together with the team members
- Creating the project structure plan
- Creating progress curves on a daily base tracking
- Progress-Reporting to the management
Head of Planning and Progress Control, reporting directly to the VP Group Project Management, with representatives from each Division and Business Unit of Bombardier Transportation (BT) in a dotted-line network. The purpose of the Planning and Progress Control function is to develop planning, scheduling and progress control competences across BT, using a newly created process which aims to standardise the way this work is carried out across all projects.
