Initially engaged for the Turbine Supply and Installation Contracts for Medupi and Kusile Power Stations (South Africa) but eventually stationed in Belfort, France and deployed to as Utility Planner on projects and bids in Canada(Greenfield), Bulgaria(Greenfield), Saudi Arabia(Greenfield) and South Africa(Brownfield) within the following Phases:

Sales - Tender Time Schedule Development.

Execution - Client Contract Schedule (on award)

- Internal Project Integrated Control Schedules

- System Time Schedules

Key Performance Areas:

VALENTON WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT

•     Coordination of the pipe working on the new purification station site.

•     Supervision and management, of 3 foremen and 55 peoples including their mobilization and demobilization;

•     Follow up of the materials order and delivery;

•     Interface with the Client;

•     Follow trough of the planning and reporting to the Company.

Total refinery GRAND PUITS

• Checking the works progress in parallel with the Site Manager’s representative;

•     Supervision of revamping three “FIVES” boilers and high pressure pipes;

•     Follow-up and coordination of the materials delivery;

•     Coordination of the subcontractors.

PEUGEOT Car manufactory - MULHOUSE

•     Supervision and coordination of the complete construction of the new conveyors and production lines for the vehicle 307;

•     Involvement in the negotiations and dealing with the subcontractors.

•     Follow trough of the planning and reporting to the Company

Chemical site RHOM & HAAS CHAUNY

•     Supervision and coordination of the rehabilitation’s works of the existing purification station.

•     Follow-up and coordination of the materials delivery;

•     Interface with the Client;

•     Follow trough of the planning and reporting to the Company.

Chemical Site INTEROR CALAIS

•     Supervision and coordination of the complete construction of a new purification station;

•     Management of the site meetings;

•     Interface with the Client;

•     Follow trough of the planning and reporting to the Company.
