Seconded to Teollisuuden Voima Oyi (TVO) Nuclear Power Plants in Finland for a €3.2billion nuclear new build.

• Responsible for developing the Programme Control management processes and implementation of best practice methods and metrics to establish the viability of TVO’s OL3 and OL4 programmes;

Developing and Leading Foster Wheeler Energia Oy Group project controls function, in one of the largest Foster Wheeler Global Power Group business units.

Fully responsible of all Project Controls activities executed globally trought the Foster Wheeler Energia Oy (Finland), Foster Wheeler Energi Ab (Sweden), Foster Wheeler Energie GmbH (Germany), FW Graf-Wulff GmbH (Germany).

Reporting directly to President and Chief Executive Officer of Foster Wheeler Energia Oy Group located at Finland AND to functional project controls leader, VP Project Controls, Global Power Group, located at Clinton

-Develop and maintain the Engineering Time Schedule with input from the Engineering project team in Erlangen, Germany and support from the OL3 job site team.

-Use Primavera P6 for the Master Project Schedule and MS Project for various detailed schedules as needed to support the Engineering group and Project needs.

-Organize internal meetings with the relevant project members to update the Engineering Time Schedules and assure interrelationships with other groups are correctly modeled in the schedule.
